Dave is an Oregon native who grew up in the Columbia River Gorge. He owned and operated large retail businesses for over 40 years in Oregon and Idaho, building their growth on exceptional customer experiences. Dave and his wife Janet own a home in Gleneden Beach and are familiar with the weather-related challenges homeowners face on the beautiful Oregon Coast.

Jerome and his wife Gitl own and operate several successful family businesses on the Oregon Coast and have built their success on providing outstanding customer experiences. They are Minnesota natives who have strong connections to the Pacific Northwest and have chosen the Oregon Coast as their forever home.
Tom Ramsey
Operations Manager
Tom, a resident of Lincoln City since 2000, brings a wealth of experience in business
management and general contracting to his endeavors. Focusing on building, remodeling, and repairing homes, he has accrued extensive expertise in residential construction along the Oregon Coast. Additionally, Tom holds certification as a Thermographer, demonstrating proficiency in operating and providing training for using infrared imaging technology, a key component of Coastal Home Guard's comprehensive home evaluation process.
David Tanksley
Lead Thermology Technician
David has been a proud resident of Lincoln City since 2005. His professional background spans construction cabinetry and finish carpentry, complemented by eight years in vacation home maintenance. During this tenure, he gained invaluable experience inspecting homes for potential issues that concern homeowners in a challenging environment. Over 19 years as a Lincoln City resident, he has witnessed and understood the weather patterns, high winds, torrential rains, and occasional freezing conditions that can significantly impact the well-being of homes.
